About the Role

As a member of the clinical leadership team at Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living, the Clinical Nurse Manager oversees a 44-bed skilled nursing and long-term care neighborhood, ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centered care. The role drives resident satisfaction, advances quality outcomes, and fosters strong team engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, implement, and oversee the clinical care of residents in skilled nursing / long-term care neighborhoods.
  • Maintain clinical practice and processes in line with policy and nursing standards.
  • Own the documentation process, including care plans and charting requirements.
  • Monitor all aspects of infection control for staff and residents.
  • Analyze and implement quality-improvement measures for clinical indicators.
  • Participate in clinical leadership meetings and audits.

Requirements

  • Current Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an RN on a nursing unit.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
