About the Role

This position involves performing imaging procedures and educating patients on the process. It requires the technologist to monitor patient condition continually and ensure the quality of imaging results.

Responsibilities

• Reviews patient history and physician's orders.
• Educates patients regarding procedures and equipment.
• Prepares and administers contrast media and medications as needed.
• Positions patients and performs imaging procedures, analyzing results for quality.
• Implements safety standards and performs quality control procedures.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (R) by ARRT.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
