About the Role

This position requires a Registered Nurse to provide onsite direct patient care in a fast-paced environment. The nurse will take responsibility for patient assessments and collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
• Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers and discharges.
• Evaluates learning needs of patients and provides education.
• Effectively delegates patient care to ancillary personnel.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with state licensure.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• 6 months nursing experience.
