Prep Cook

About the Role

As a Prep Cook, you're the backbone of our culinary team, responsible for chopping ingredients and keeping the kitchen organized. Your work sets the stage for an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the consistent preparation of all food items according to safety and cooking techniques
• Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen and work station
• Prepare and assemble high-quality menu items
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Follow health and safety standards in food preparation
• Help manage inventory and supplies as needed

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of food safety practices and knife skills
• Must be able to work some weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, from hot kitchens to cold refrigerators
