Assistant Director, Dining Services

About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Food and Beverage to lead our dynamic dining team and oversee operations across multiple uniquely themed restaurants and cafés. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and service-driven leader with a strong background in multi-unit food service management. They will bring a keen eye for food quality and presentation, exceptional hospitality standards, and proven financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Provides high-quality, nutritious meals and responsive service to residents, guests, and staff while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manages departmental budgets, controlling food, labor, and nonfood costs to achieve financial goals.
• Promotes customer satisfaction and coordinates catering, events, and public room bookings.
• Supports departmental planning, staffing, hiring, employee development, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, applicable regulations, food safety standards, and workplace safety requirements.
• Builds positive relationships with interdisciplinary teams and effectively uses HR, financial, and food production systems to achieve departmental goals.

• Commensurate with experience from $105,00-115,000 annually, plus eligibility for annual bonus.
