About the Role

Responsible for ensuring the efficiency, quality and preparation of all food items as outlined on the station prep sheet to include receiving, storage of products as related to hot and cold food items as well as maintaining a high level of sanitation of work area and kitchen and storage areas.

Requirements

• Ability to initiate and implement necessary plans to assure proper food service for breakfast, lunch, dinner, catering and special events.
• Employee will be required to work weekends and holidays
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
