Guidance, Navigation & Control Engineer (Senior, Level III)

About the Role

This role is centered around designing spacecraft control systems and validating algorithms that ensure precision in operations. You'll work closely with a dedicated team, intersecting advanced technologies and collaborative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and simulate spacecraft control systems
• Develop and validate GN&C algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink, C++, and Python
• Perform hardware in the loop and flight software testing
• Conduct jitter and performance analyses for high precision missions
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineers and mission operators
• Communicate technical concepts to various stakeholders

Requirements

• Strong experience in spacecraft controls design
• Experience with simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink
• Experience in performing GN&C design and analysis tasks
• US Citizenship for security clearance requirements
• 5+ years of related professional experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering or related discipline
