Integrated Program Planner Sr - Level 3

Responsibilities

• Partner with Program & Senior Management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions.
• Be responsible for developing compliant Integrated Program Schedules which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy.
• Provide the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develop recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts.
• Ensure all commitments are tracked, monitored and statused.
• Prepare/coordinate the development of planning artifacts for solicitation response.
• Interface with program management, senior management and the customer as the programs planning integrator.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of previous planning/scheduling experience
• Experience with a planning tool (e.g. OpenPlan, Microsoft Project, Acumen, One Pager Pro, Primavera, Excel, or other comparable tools)
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts (such as critical path analysis, cost/schedule integration, performance metrics, program start-up activities)
• Bachelors Degree
• 5 + years of previous planning/scheduling experience
• Previous EVM experience
