7pm-11pm CNA Skilled Nursing

About the Role

Our CNAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs. You'll assist residents in activities of daily living and implement personal care plans, focusing on their strengths and preferences.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
• Working with the clinical team to address the needs of residents in a timely manner

Requirements

• Current CPR certification is preferred
• Current Colorado CNA certification
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills required
