Physical Therapist - PRN / Per Diem

About the Role

Our Physical Therapists provide a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. They implement personal care plans focusing on residents’ strengths and preferences while fostering comfort and companionship.

Responsibilities

• Implement residents’ personal care plans
• Provide holistic support to residents
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team
• Address residents' physical, spiritual, and emotional needs
• Maintain documentation for reimbursement and regulatory compliance
• Participate in specialty programs such as low vision and movement disorders

Requirements

• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license
• Complete documentation to meet reimbursement requirements
• Therapeutic experience in older adults is preferred
