Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Per Diem

About the Role

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will support our residents with daily living activities, providing personalized care to meet each resident’s needs. You'll have the opportunity to engage with residents throughout their continuum of care while adhering to guidelines and policies.

Responsibilities

• Providing speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapy screenings and evaluations.
• Following Federal, State, and Payer guidelines and ensuring compliance.
• Supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implementing residents’ personal care plans focusing on strengths and preferences.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience with older adult population in relevant therapies.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Current valid state license in occupational therapy Assistant, where applicable.
