RN ICU Rotating

About the Role

This role requires delivering top of scope practice in direct patient care using the nursing process. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes in a technically complex Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care in the ICU utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Precepts new nurses, sharing knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensures safety and quality at the point of care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 6 months of ICU experience or completion of UCHealth Fellowship program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
