About the Role

We provide comprehensive training through a four-phased orientation program designed for nurses new to Critical Care. This role focuses on delivering top-notch patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Precept new staff and contribute to a culture of learning
• Ensure safety and quality at the point of care
• Participate in evidence-based practices in the Progressive Care Unit

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• 6 months of nursing experience
• BLS certification before start date
