About the Role

As a Charge Nurse in the Neonatal ICU, you will lead patient care utilizing the nursing process in a fast-paced environment. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding outcomes and support new team members through precepting.

  • Provide top of scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • NRP certification
  • 1 year of nursing experience
  • BLS certification
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within three years of starting the Charge RN position
