About the Role

Join our team as a Housekeeper in a gated retirement community where all clients are located within the premises, eliminating travel. This role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and supporting residents in a vibrant living environment.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning resident’s homes in Independent Living or Resident Rooms in Nursing Home
• Maintaining cleanliness of the Community using specialized equipment
• Cleaning public bathrooms including counters, mirrors, sinks, and fixtures
• Cleaning lobbies/living rooms: vacuuming, dusting, and de-cluttering
• Cleaning classrooms and other shared spaces
• Assisting with trash collection and disposal, including replacing liners

Requirements

• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning
• Ability to operate carpet and floor care equipment safely
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to operate housekeeping vehicles safely
• Demonstrated professionalism in interactions with residents and staff
