About the Role

Egg Harbor Cafe is a family-owned breakfast-and-lunch restaurant opening its Highlands Ranch location. As a line cook on the Culinary Core Team, you deliver hot, fresh, high-quality dishes to recipe and plating standards while keeping a clean, safe station. A rare kitchen role with shifts that end early (the cafe closes at 2pm).

Responsibilities

• Deliver hot, fresh, high-quality dishes
• Follow recipe and plating standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized workstation
• Communicate positively with the team
• Adapt to a fast-paced breakfast/lunch rush

Requirements

• Some line-cook experience a plus (training provided)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
