How we track this

We pull from the Town of Castle Rock's monthly Development Highlights, the Douglas County Board of Commissioners weekly updates and public-works project list, the City of Lone Tree's active-construction list, CDOT, and local commercial real estate reporting — then verify against each project's official source. Statuses and timelines change; confirm details with the town or developer before making plans. Spot a project we're missing? hey@dougcosocial.com.
