About the Role

The RN will provide top of scope direct patient care utilizing the nursing process while working in a multidisciplinary team. This role is critical in ensuring exceptional patient outcomes and involves a mix of days and nights to meet the needs of the unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide top of scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process
• Value a multidisciplinary team approach for exceptional outcomes
• Model proficiency through precepting new healthcare staff
• Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited or state board nursing program
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• At least 6 months of nursing (RN) experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
