Occupational Therapist - PRN / Per Diem

About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist, you will assist residents with daily living activities while ensuring individual needs are met within a continuing care environment. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team that supports residents' holistic needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide a holistic approach supporting residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans focusing on strengths and preferences.
• Collaboration with the clinical team to address residents' needs throughout their care.
• Assist residents with daily living activities.
• Ensure all individual needs of residents are met.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience with the older adult population related to therapies preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Valid state Occupational Therapy license required.
