About the Role
This position involves delivering top-of-scope nursing practice in a fast-paced ICU setting. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to prioritize patient wellness and evidence-based care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Ensure quality and safety at the point of care
- Precept new staff and maintain competencies
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- 6 months of ICU nursing experience or completion of fellowship
- Current RN licensure
- ACLS and BLS certifications
