About the Role

This position involves delivering top-of-scope nursing practice in a fast-paced ICU setting. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to prioritize patient wellness and evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Ensure quality and safety at the point of care
• Precept new staff and maintain competencies
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• 6 months of ICU nursing experience or completion of fellowship
• Current RN licensure
• ACLS and BLS certifications
