About the Role

Space 1LMX Plan to Perform: Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Testing Manager

Responsibilities

• Team Supervision: Lead, help recruit and supervise a team of data conversion and testing leads, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery across Plan to Perform.
• Data Mapping and Conversion: Oversee the data mapping and conversion of all finance data conversions in the ERP portfolio of the Plan to Perform value stream, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including leadership, PMO, and Space Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), to ensure transparency and progress updates on project initiatives.
• Manages those that perform one or more multiple financial activities within various finance job functions (FP&A, Overhead, Program Finance, Accounting, Controller, etc.).
• Maintains applicable internal and external (FAR, CAS, SEC, US GAAP) policy, procedure, and controls for compliance to support internal process and external regulatory requirements.
• Provides subject matter expertise support to proposal development, basis of estimate and negotiations, as required.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Program Finance systems and processes or anything else
• Knowledge of the fundamentals of Change Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to escalate and resolve complex system issues
• Ability to think strategically and understand new processes and ways of working
• Passion for training and onboarding teams on new systems
• Knowledge of PPM Tool Suite (SAP, Cobra, Open Plan, etc)
