Kaiser Permanente opened a stand-alone Parker Medical Offices at 12249 Pine Bluffs Way in 2025, adding primary care, pharmacy, lab, and imaging work. Downtown Parker along Mainstreet and Parker Road drives retail and restaurant hiring, and the Town of Parker and Parker Fire District provide steady public-sector jobs. On the technical side, Safran Defense & Space runs a manufacturing facility off Compark Boulevard that brings engineering and production work to the area.
