About the Role
This position is contingent upon a program award expected in Fall 2026. You will be involved in the design, analysis, and simulation of spacecraft control systems, contributing to innovative space solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and simulate spacecraft control systems
- Develop and validate GN&C algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink, C++, and Python
- Perform hardware in the loop and flight software testing
- Contribute to flight software development and auto code generation to C++
- Conduct jitter and performance analyses for high precision missions
- Collaborate with cross functional engineers and mission operators
Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience in spacecraft controls
- Strong experience in simulation tools (MATLAB/Simulink, C++, Python)
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or related discipline
- Good communication skills for complex technical issues
