About the Role

In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to our innovative Signature Dining Programs, engaging in à la minute cooking and crafting chef-inspired dishes. The position involves preparing all meals according to safety and cooking techniques while ensuring high-quality dish presentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all meals and menu items following safety and cooking techniques.
• Ensure accurate portioning, plating, temperature, and meal presentation.
• Utilize culinary skills to create high-quality dishes.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen and workstation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of cook-to-order experience.
• Ability to work some weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures.
