About the Role

As a Certified Medical Assistant, you manage daily clinic operations, support patient care, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards. You play a vital role in delegating tasks, training staff, and maintaining high standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Delegate duties to office staff and manage operational issues.
• Ensure adherence to clinic quality, regulatory, billing, and customer service standards.
• Conduct training sessions and review patient care protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement best practices.
• Provide direct patient care and lead front-line staff in daily clinical operations.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• 2+ years of related work experience or completion of AHMG Medical Assistant training program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• CCMA or AMA certification from an accredited organization
