Why this role might be a fit
The highest-paying Castle Rock-based job on our board. It is also a genuine no-degree-required executive role — HEI lists the education minimum as a high school diploma or GED and asks for 15+ years in the field instead. Castle Rock is HEI's Colorado headquarters, so this leads the Colorado project management team from an office in town rather than from Denver.
