About the Role

The Assistant Coach for Coed Track Sprints at Mountain Vista High School will be responsible for developing a competitive program while ensuring student athletes excel academically and athletically. Collaboration with school staff and the community is essential for fostering pride in the program.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for athletes
• Collaborate with school administrators
• Encourage academic success among student athletes
• Lead and mentor track sprints team
• Organize practice sessions and meet schedules

Requirements

• Previous coaching experience preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with others
