Customer Service Representative

About the Role

This role involves providing exceptional customer service at Town events while ensuring a positive experience for all attendees. You will be responsible for various tasks, including ticket sales and assisting with event logistics.

Responsibilities

• Greets and directs patrons attending Town events and special programs.
• Sells and takes tickets; collects fees and handles payments.
• Responds to patron questions and issues regarding events.
• Facilitates event setup, execution, and teardown as directed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Six months' experience in a public setting providing customer service preferred.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
