About the Role

The Kitchen Manager oversees all aspects of food preparation and service in the kitchen. This role involves staff supervision, training, and maintaining compliance with food service regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Pursue opportunities to create positive relationships with the surrounding community.
• Maintain food costs to meet business requirements.
• Train and develop kitchen staff, including delivering safety and HACCP training.
• Oversee sanitation and cleaning of all kitchen facilities.

Requirements

• ServSafe Manager Certification within 6 months of hire.
• High School or Equivalent education.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
