Substitute - Program Leader - BASE

About the Role

As a Program Leader, you will support the Director and Assistant Director in overseeing children's activities while fostering good community relations. The role involves engaging positively with children to promote their development and safety.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes positive techniques to support and guide behavior among children.
• Ensures safety of children through appropriate supervision and guidance.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Builds healthy relationships with children by actively engaging with them.
• Plans and implements program activities to aid learning and skill development.

Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience caring for four (4) or more children.
• Current early childhood professional credential level I or higher preferred.
• First Aid & CPR Certification is required.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
