About the Role
This position is responsible for managing complex capital improvement projects related to water and wastewater services. The Project Manager will oversee all project phases from planning and design to construction and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
- Manage water and wastewater capital improvement projects through the full project life cycle.
- Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and Town staff to achieve project goals.
- Develop project schedules and manage construction processes.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations during design and construction.
- Conduct site evaluations and address citizen concerns related to projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within one year.
- Four years of relevant experience for Project Manager level, eight years for Senior level.
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to strategically manage complex projects and budgets.
