Pickleball Instructor

About the Role

The Town of Castle Rock is seeking a dedicated Pickleball Instructor to engage with participants and promote our pickleball programs. The role involves preparing lesson plans and tailoring instruction to meet individual needs while maintaining high standards of public service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Schedule lessons with clientele and reserve facility courts.
• Prepare lesson plans for teaching pickleball techniques and skills.
• Set personalized instruction goals and tailor instruction accordingly.
• Organize equipment for program activities and assist with set-up and break-down.
• Interact with participants during classes on the courts.
• Market private lesson opportunities and engage with the public.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Six months experience instructing group or private lessons or equivalent combination of education and training.
• Pickleball Instruction Certification or similar, along with valid CPR and AED certifications.
