Recreation Facility Assistant

About the Role

The Town of Castle Rock is seeking a part-time Recreation Facility Assistant. This role involves providing excellent customer service and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of recreation facilities while assisting patrons with their needs.

Responsibilities

• Assists with opening and closing procedures for the recreation facilities
• Greets patrons visiting and utilizing the recreation facilities
• Provides customer service by responding to basic patron concerns and feedback
• Answers phone and responds to patron questions
• Accepts fees for facility attendance and program registrations

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Six months' customer service experience is preferred
• Current CPR, First Aid, and AED Certifications or ability to obtain during training
