Preschool Program Aide

About the Role

As a Preschool Program Aide, you will support preschool instructors in planning and conducting activities. Your role includes ensuring children's safety and effective communication with parents.

Responsibilities

• Assists Preschool Instructors with planning the preschool program
• Instructs and supervises children during activities
• Ensures safety practices and administers First Aid and CPR if necessary
• Communicates daily with parents during pick-up and drop-off
• Assists in all activities and responsibilities, including set-up and cleanup
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School graduate or equivalent
• At least six months of youth aide or activity aide experience preferred
• CPR and First Aid Certifications required
• Meets Teacher Assistant qualification per Colorado licensing requirements
• Experience in child care and customer service preferred
