About the Role

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and coordinate recreational programs, including tournaments and leagues.
• Train Athletics Coordinator I’s and assist with managing event logistics.
• Monitor resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness of athletic programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a positive participant experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent; some college coursework in sports or recreation preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in athletic program coordination or related fields.
• CPR and First Aid Certifications required; must obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Valid driver's license.
