About the Role

Front-of-house Service Manager at Champagne Velvet Proper Kitchen & Bar. Train and coach the service team, manage shift operations, deliver financial results, and own guest relations — table touches, complaint resolution, ambassador duties.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, control expenses, deliver top-notch guest experience
• Oversee team member activities and ensure smooth operations
• Train new team members and run ongoing training programs
• Handle table touches, de-escalate guest complaints, answer questions
• Follow labor plans and staffing matrices for shift operations
• Coach team members on professional development
• Carry out restaurant marketing and promotional activities
• Control cash and related receipts per company procedures

Requirements

• Be 21 years of age
• At least 3 years of FOH operations and/or supervisory experience
• Knowledge of service, food and beverage
• Operate cash register and POS system
• Math skills for understanding financial statements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds; stand for long periods
