About the Role

Front-of-house Service Manager at Champagne Velvet Proper Kitchen & Bar. Train and coach the service team, manage shift operations, deliver financial results, and own guest relations — table touches, complaint resolution, ambassador duties.

Responsibilities

Drive sales, control expenses, deliver top-notch guest experience
Oversee team member activities and ensure smooth operations
Train new team members and run ongoing training programs
Handle table touches, de-escalate guest complaints, answer questions
Follow labor plans and staffing matrices for shift operations
Coach team members on professional development
Carry out restaurant marketing and promotional activities
Control cash and related receipts per company procedures

Requirements

Be 21 years of age
At least 3 years of FOH operations and/or supervisory experience
Knowledge of service, food and beverage
Operate cash register and POS system
Math skills for understanding financial statements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds; stand for long periods
