About the Role

As the Head Coach for Girls Cross Country, you will be charged with organizing and implementing a successful program. You are expected to foster a commitment to academics and sportsmanship among students, while collaborating with various stakeholders within the community.

Responsibilities

• Organize and implement an effective coaching program
• Develop students' academic and athletic skills
• Collaborate with school administrators and staff
• Ensure a strong commitment to sportsmanship
• Engage with parents and community members
• Promote pride in the school

Requirements

• Previous coaching experience preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with diverse groups
• Commitment to student development
