Recreation Facilities Customer Service Attendant

About the Role

As a Recreation Facilities Customer Service Attendant, you'll play a key role in ensuring our facilities are welcoming and organized. You'll provide excellent customer service while assisting patrons during their visits to our recreation centers.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction to Recreation Facilities Customer Service Attendants
• Completes opening and closing procedures for the recreation facilities
• Answers phone and responds to patron questions
• Responsible for accurate accounting of cash and checks in cash drawers
• Ensures and assists in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the facilities
• Responds to emergencies located in the recreation facilities while on duty

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least one year of customer service experience or related experience
• Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications or ability to obtain during training
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
