Key duties include provides customer service by assisting dining room customers and assists with ordering / receiving and rotating food and beverage product.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service by assisting dining room customers
• Assists with ordering / receiving and rotating food and beverage product
• Prepares for and cooks daily menu, specials and tournament items
• Sanitizes kitchen and ensures adherence to all health department requirements
• Performs set-up, planning and serving of special events

Requirements

• An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age
• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: At least 6 months cooking experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of principles and practices in food and beverage operations
• Ability to understand verbal information and instructions
• Ability to read and understand written material
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisor, coworkers and customers
• Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships

Compensation

• Hourly Range: $21.50 USDto$30.10 USD
