About the Role

In-home caregiver for seniors across the Castle Rock area. Provide companionship, help with daily living, light housekeeping, meal prep, and personal care so older adults can stay independent at home. Flexible scheduling with strong demand for day and weekend shifts. No prior experience or medical degree required — training provided.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and in-home support that helps seniors stay independent
Assist with daily activities, light housekeeping, and meal preparation
Provide personal care as needed for each client
Show up reliably for scheduled day and/or weekend shifts
Communicate warmly and clearly with clients and their families

Requirements

Life experience, a good heart, and the willingness to show up for someone who needs it
No medical degree or prior caregiving experience required — training provided
Reliable and comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends
Warm, patient, and a strong communicator

Compensation

Flexible scheduling — part time averages ~20 hrs/week, full time ~30 hrs/week
Benefits begin after 90 days for part time
