About the Role

The role involves organizing and implementing a successful volleyball program while developing student athletes committed to academics and sportsmanship. The Assistant Coach will work closely with various stakeholders to foster a sense of community pride.

Responsibilities

• Develop a competitive volleyball program
• Collaborate with administrators and teachers
• Ensure students demonstrate strong fundamental skills
• Promote sportsmanship among athletes
• Attend coaching meetings
• Engage with parents and community members

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous coaching experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Commitment to student-athlete development
