Part-Time Server

About the Role

The Town of Castle Rock is looking for a part-time server to join our team. This role will involve taking food and beverage orders, providing exceptional service, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining areas. Successful candidates will demonstrate customer service skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and provides exceptional customer service.
• Takes food and beverage orders and serves customers.
• Busses tables and performs general cleaning and sanitizing.
• Delivers and collects guest checks and payments using a POS system.
• May assist with training new wait staff.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Six-months food and beverage experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and oral communication skills.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships.
• Basic math skills.
