About the Role

HEI Civil is hiring an IT Support Analyst at its Castle Rock headquarters. The role installs, configures and maintains hardware, software and peripherals including mobile device management (MDM) solutions, and provides technical support to users by phone, email and in person.

Responsibilities

Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software and peripherals, including MDM solutions
Provide technical support to users via phone, email or in person for hardware, software and network issues
Diagnose and resolve issues on desktops, laptops, mobile devices and field equipment
Assist with technology procurement, researching and recommending hardware and software for field and mobile use
Collaborate with other IT team members to improve systems and processes for field and mobile device support
Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures and troubleshooting guides
Stay current on technological advances and best practices for field and mobile device management

Requirements

Proven experience in an IT support role, with specific experience supporting field and mobile devices
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems and mobile platforms (iOS, Android)
Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions and remote support tools
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills, able to explain technical information to non-technical users
Ability to work independently and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT or related field preferred — experience and certifications considered in lieu of a degree
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician or MDM are a plus

Compensation

Base pay: $50,000-$65,000/yr (based on experience)
Salary exempt, full-time

Why this role might be a fit

A rare in-town IT job. HEI Civil has been a heavy civil contracting leader for over 50 years, and Castle Rock is its Colorado headquarters — so this is a corporate IT role with a Castle Rock commute rather than a drive to the Tech Center. The work is unusually hands-on for a support role: field tablets, jobsite equipment and MDM across crews working on roadways, bridges and water infrastructure. A degree is preferred but explicitly optional if you have the experience and certs.
