Facilities Maintenance Worker

About the Role

This position involves maintaining the cleanliness and safety of town facilities. The ideal candidate will support the community by ensuring that the environment is safe and well-kept, promoting a high quality of life for residents.

Responsibilities

• Cleans Town facilities including office areas and restrooms.
• Assists with snow and ice removal on building exteriors.
• Delivers room/event setup requests in a timely manner.
• Monitors and maintains supplies for the building serviced.
• Ensures strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1-2 years' cleaning experience or equivalent combination of education and training.
• Valid Colorado driver's license.
• Ability to operate various cleaning equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
