About the Role

This position involves cleaning and maintaining various Town facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. As part of the Facilities Division, you will assist with set up for events and handle public safety maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Cleans Town facilities including office areas and restrooms.
• Assists with snow and ice removal on building exteriors.
• Delivers room/event setup requests in a timely manner.
• Ensures strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Monitors and maintains supplies for building service.
• Performs other assigned duties as required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1-2 years of cleaning experience, or equivalent education and training.
• Valid Colorado driver's license.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
