Assistant Supervisor - Concrete

About the Role

As an Assistant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring quality in concrete-related projects. The role requires collaboration with supervisors and includes training new employees while maintaining high safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Acts as lead worker and assistant supervisor in coordinating and training assigned crew on equipment and materials usage.
• Prepares estimates and orders for concrete projects including repair and construction.
• Supervises crews operating vehicles and equipment related to concrete work.
• Interprets construction blueprints and ensures compliance with project standards.
• Responds to complaints from citizens and assists in resolving those issues.
• Assists with snow removal operations as needed.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED and four years of related experience in concrete construction.
• Expert concrete finishing skills are required.
• Must possess a State of Colorado Class (A) Commercial Driver License with tanker endorsement.
• Continuous education in latest technology and procedures is required.
• One year of lead or supervisory experience is preferred.
