Lending Services Specialist II

About the Role

The Lending Services Specialist II will work directly with members and colleagues across multiple communication channels to ensure all required loan documents are processed accurately. This role is vital for maintaining compliance with underwriting stipulations and enhancing member satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Contact members to obtain necessary documentation.
• Process consumer loan applications according to established guidelines.
• Provide an exceptional experience to members and team members.
• Review each loan application for completeness and accuracy.
• Request and review documentation such as appraisals and income verification.
• Facilitate the clearing of underwriting conditions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; additional education is a plus.
• 1-3 years of loan processing experience.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
