Requirements

• 3+ years in corporate or agency recruiting focused on Engineering or Construction.
• Deep understanding of the engineering and construction sectors.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with ATS systems and modern recruiting platforms.
• Highly organized and adaptable, ready to deliver results.
