Architectural/Engineering Project Manager

About the Role

The role involves managing the full lifecycle of engineering and architectural design efforts, from early concept through construction support. The ideal candidate will lead integrated teams of engineers and architects while delivering high-quality projects in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary design teams on complex building projects.
• Manage projects through all phases from conceptual design to construction support.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with codes and industry standards.
• Lead and mentor engineering and architectural staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in architectural and engineering project leadership.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of design-build delivery methods.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and client relationships.
