Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and long-term business objectives.
• Consult and advise managers on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices to shape effective hiring strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the process.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining timely communication, transparency, and professionalism at every stage.
• Negotiate offers strategically, balancing candidate expectations with organizational goals to secure top talent.
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive networking, referrals, and engagement with passive candidates.

Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years in corporate or agency recruiting, ideally focused on Engineering.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of the construction sector and its unique staffing challenges.
• Skills: Strong communicator, relationship builder, and strategic thinker.
• Tools: Comfortable with ATS systems and modern recruiting platforms.
• Drive: Organized, adaptable, and ready to deliver results in a collaborative team environment. #LI-AK1
